Refuge CAI Casale

The refuge is located at 1701 meters on sea level, and it’s easily reachable. The way doesn’t even represents excursionistic difficulties. It’s property of Davide Gonella and associates, and it’s managed by Fausta Bo, of Saint Jacques. Please call this telephone number: (+39) 0125207668. The Casale, an unmistakable two floors wooden structure with a little front veranda, offers 32 beds and it’s located just over Frachey. You can reach it with the path starting after the Frachey’s Cableway car park, or by car with route 506, turning right just before entering St. Jacques village, where there’s the waterfall. Or, if you want, you can reach it from Crest, going towards Sossun afetr the cableways along the dirt road: you’ll arrive at a crossroad: going right you’ll arrive at Resy, but if you choose left you’ll reach the refuge.
