Located
in Ayas Valley, which is also the greatest village, Champoluc is a
little mountain town. It stands at about 1600 meters on sea level and
it’s at foothills of important mountains: the Rosa glacier, the woody
Crest Mount and the rocky shape of Testa Grigia and the triangular shape
of Mount Zerbion looking at south. Back to the Italian Photogallery So,
Champoluc isn’t the typical mountain village; it’s something more,
at least for the writer. It always offers something new to discover, on
rainy days too: it’s one of the very few examples of perfect
integration between everyday comfort and nature. Visit it soon! |
